Consumer Return Policy for Online Tax Preparation, Tax Resolution, Business Incorporation, Penalty Abatement Services, Software Purchases, and QuickBooks Accounting Fees:
Section 1: E-Filed Returns
1. All online tax preparation purchases are considered final once the work is performed, and the tax return is e-filed and accepted by both the IRS and the State tax authority.
2. No refunds will be allowed for e-filed tax returns once they have been accepted by the IRS and State.
Section 2: Unsubmitted Returns and Other Services
1. In cases where the tax return has not been submitted or e-filed, or for other services such as tax resolution, business incorporation, and penalty abatement, customers may request a refund within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
2. Refund requests for unsubmitted returns and other services must be submitted in writing.
3. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting any administrative work performed by our service up to the point of the refund request.
Section 3: Software Purchases
1. All software purchases are non-refundable. Once a software license has been acquired, no refunds will be issued.
Section 4: QuickBooks Accounting Fees
1. QuickBooks accounting fees billed to the company are non-refundable. Once invoiced and paid, QuickBooks accounting fees cannot be refunded.
